| The Board of Directors
decided at its meeting on October 6th, 2001 that Minutes and Summaries
of Society Board and Annual General Meetings and Committee and Federation
Reports would be posted on the Society's website. Copies of
Financial Reports (not posted on the website) would be available
to Society members on request to the Secretary (at no cost).
At the Society's Board Meeting
on March 9th, 2003 it was decided that hard copies of Minutes
of Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings would be made available
to members (attaching photocopy of membership card) upon receipt
of a written request to the Secretary and a cheque payable to
The Secretary CSRDS in the amount specified by the Board of Directors
yearly. The cost (non-refundable) for obtaining copies of Minutes,
etc. is to be $10.00, including $2.50 for postage and
handling.
